At Regions, the Business Transformation Principal is a strategic leader responsible for driving large scale transformation initiatives across the bank. This role will work closely with key executives and senior leaders to shape and deliver end-to-end transformation programs that align with the bank’s strategic objectives. This role demands deep expertise in strategy, technology, operations and change leadership. The Business Transformation Principal will be a change agent for the bank, influencing and challenging the status quo.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serves as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping them navigate complex transformation journeys and realize measurable outcomes
  • Provides thought leadership to understand bank’s objectives, develop transformation strategies and deliver high impact solutions that drive value
  • Drives change within the organization by partnering with executives and senior management to define and implement strategies across the organization
  • Manages cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring the successful implementation that meeting transformation objectives
  • Develops and improves enterprise processes, policies, systems, tools and resources related to enterprise program management and ensures adherence to program guidelines
  • Builds, mentors and leads cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of high-performance, inclusivity and innovation
  • Guides programs through the people-side of transformation, ensuring alignment, adoption and sustainability

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

This position is incentive eligible.

This is a single incumbent position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Ten (10) years of experience in business and financial analysis
  • Ten (10) Years of transformation / consulting experience
  • Five (5) years of project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience across enterprise businesses

Preferences

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or closely related degree
  • Prior consulting experience

This position is currently offsite and associates will work from their home primarily. They may be expected to go on site for meetings or other events as needed.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Job Range Target:

Minimum:

$148,403.20 USD

50th Percentile:

$237,970.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans:

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan. Employees are eligible to receive a discretionary award based on individual, business, and/or company performance.Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
