At Regions, the Incentive Plan Implementation Administrator is responsible for the development and implementation of incentive plan configurations and related reporting solutions within the enterprise incentive management application (SAP SPM Incentive Management, formerly CallidusCloud).

Primary Responsibilities

  • Works with business stakeholders to understand incentive plan goals and objectives
  • Conducts analysis of incentive plans and related source data inputs necessary to produce desired incentive outcomes
  • Develops and configures customized solutions to achieve desired incentive outcomes using SAP Incentive Management software
  • Designs, configures, and supports incentive reporting solutions (Crystal Reports and SAP Embedded Analytics)
  • Serves as a resource to associates with less experience

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years of related work Experience

Preferences

  • Experience in a financial institution

Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to work independently
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Detail oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with enterprise reporting technologies (Crystal, Web Intelligence, SAP Embedded Analytics, or comparable tools)
  • Experience with SAP SPM Incentive Management Suite (Incentive Management Commissions, Workflow)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong SQL skills, specifically within a reporting and data integration context

This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
