At Regions, the Loan Servicing Supervisor - CBG Operations leads a team of nonexempt associates performing a variety of operational activities within Loan Servicing.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assigns work to staff and determines workflow
- Supervises team to ensure that all quality standards are met
- Resolves escalated or complex issues as necessary
- Identifies, designs, and implements process improvements to increase department efficiency
- Responsible for hiring, coaching, and corrective action of associates
- Ensures staff is properly trained, and adheres to policy and procedures
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of operations or related work experience
- Or High School Diploma or GED and five (5) years of operations or related work experience
- One (1) year of leadership or supervisory experience
Preferences
- Bachelor's degree or college courses
- Banking and leadership experience
- Experience managing a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
