At Regions, the Private Wealth Management Solutions Banker develops and maintains a portfolio of client relationships within an assigned book of business. Rendering an exceptional level of service, this role will respond to client requests for information and assistance within appropriate level of authority, while focusing on client retention and opportunities to expand their relationship. This role is responsible for coordinating delivery of a broad range of bank products and services to mass affluent clients.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serves as the central point of contact for assigned client accounts, facilitating day to day standard to complex transactional needs including processing deposits, payments, account transfers, credit request applications, securing documentation required for loan origination and servicing or other client support transactions
- Responds to client requests for information and assists with a wide range of inquiries, within appropriate level of authority, including the processing of documentation for overdrafts and monitoring of various first line of defense risk activities
- Collaborates with internal business partners to provide a broad range of wealth products and services including financial planning, asset management, insurance and risk management services, consumer and mortgage credit, and general banking services to facilitate relationship growth and asset retention
- Enters and maintains appropriate client records in CRM tools, loan document preparation, and new account setup assistance
- Ensures clients have an annual review to assess needs, support retention and growth opportunities, and foster relationship
- Manages multiple tasks and deadlines including proper Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines, call reporting, book of business management and maintenance, and manages all elements of risk and compliance needs for the book of business, and utilizes all the tools are resources available to continuously enhance their skill set and improve their performance
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, accounting or related field, and two (2) years of financial services industry experience in commercial banking, consumer banking, investment, wealth management, or related
- Or High School Diploma or GED with five (5) years of financial services industry experience in commercial banking, consumer banking, investment, wealth management, or related

- Ability to independently manage client relationships and provide personalized customer service
- Distinguished collaboration and relationship building skills
- Proficient knowledge of general banking, electronic banking, account opening processes and credit card products and services
- Proficient understanding of internal systems and platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
