At Regions, the Enterprise Operations Paralegal provides professional legal support to attorneys through legal research, drafting legal and business communications, and general file management.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinates with internal and/or external counsel regarding litigation or threatened litigation matters
• Communicates with appropriate internal parties to resolve legal issues or acquire documentation
• Reviews and prepares documents relating to litigation or threatened litigation, occasionally in response to discovery demands
• Reviews and organizes documents received or presented from opposing parties
• May prepare exhibit sets for depositions, hearings, and/or trials

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED and two (2) years of legal experience
• OR a Paralegal Certificate

• Applicants will be expected to pass any assessment associated with the position

• Data entry and typing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong time management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Work Hours : Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
