At Regions, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for connecting the Regions brand and culture with innovative talent solutions to support the building of an inclusive, engaged workforce. The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for driving the full life cycle recruiting process through sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, as well as, coordinating the interview process and facilitating the selection process. The ideal candidate will excel in developing long-term recruitment strategies and building rapport with potential hires. Ultimately, the Talent Acquisition Partner will establish robust talent pipelines to meet both current and future hiring demands of our company.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborates with hiring managers and Human Resources partners to craft effective recruiting strategies
- Builds expert level understanding of the line of business recruiting needs by participating in client meetings, being aware of changes within the business, acting as a subject matter expert for areas of recruiting responsibility as well as managing hiring manager/candidate expectations
- Provides valuable market insights to guide decision-making and meet client requirements
- Coordinates a targeted sourcing strategy utilizing various tools such as, internet, social media platforms, internal CRM/applicant tracking system, and professional networks (Phenom/Workday)
- Evaluates, interviews, and presents qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicits feedback on candidates to refine recruiting strategy as applicable
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants
- Manages the interview process to create a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams
- Responds and communicates in a timely manner to all candidates, partners and hiring managers
- Assesses candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
- Offers guidance and facilitates the offer process through to its completion
- Educate candidates on the career growth potential, benefits, compensation philosophy, and many advantages of employment, selling both the bank and the opportunities
- Conducts appropriate compensation conversations with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure closure of offers
- Assists with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process
- Continuously enhances skills and knowledge through professional development and innovative practices
- Appropriately assesses risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the bank’s reputation and safeguarding
- Drives compliant process with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency
- Supports the high volume/non-exempt recruiting needs of the organization and/or shares in the responsibility of supporting multiple corporate business units
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field and five (5) years’ experience in related HR field and/or recruiting
- Or High School Diploma or GED and nine (9) years of experience in related HR field and/or recruiting
- Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools, applicant tracking, and/or recruitment CRM’s

This position supports the Wealth Management group here at Regions Bank, including Regions Investment Solutions, Wealth Shared Services, Private Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Institutional & Corporate Trust. Wealth Management is one of the three key revenue generating divisions at the bank and recruiting for this team provides unique opportunities and challenges that come with supporting a complex organization. The Talent Acquisition Partner in this role will work closely with senior leaders and their management team to establish unique recruiting strategies that best align with the businesses objectives.
Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
