  • Mentor and coach junior team members, building firm-wide expertise in supply chain M&A strategy and execution.
  • Travel requirement: 25% depending on project needs

What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, ideally with exposure to M&A-related activities such as due diligence, integration, carve-outs, or operational restructuring.

  • Proven ability to lead complex transformations and deliver tangible value through supply chain optimization in the context of M&A.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including experience with synergy identification, cost-to-serve models, and operational benchmarking.
  • Experience working with private equity or corporate development teams, with a solid understanding of deal dynamics and key milestones.
  • Knowledge of ERP and supply chain systems, particularly as they relate to integration planning, system separation, or harmonization.
  • Bonus points for experience with data analytics, change management, and agile delivery approaches in fast-paced environments.
