Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $40/hr to $55/hr. Actual compensation will depend
upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You’ll Do
- The SysOps team is responsible for implementing and operating core IT systems and services leveraged across the company in order to enable our employees to access platforms and services securely and efficiently.
- Provide technical support while working with other team members in our NYC office. This will include support of our internal network, video conferencing systems, and security systems.
- Provide support for company wide MDM platforms for multiple operating systems.
- Provide support for Google platforms such as Mail, Calendar, Drive, and Chat.
- Write and maintain technical documentation of platform knowledge and standard operating procedures.
- Serve as a Level 2 escalation point for IT Support tickets.
- Oversee and manage procurement and distribution of all IT hardware such as laptops and peripherals.
- Participate in a variety of projects and take lead on technical components of efforts that go towards enhancements of our infrastructure and security.
- Facilitate all activities relating to employee lifecycle, such as delivering IT onboarding orientation and offboarding events.
- You have a creative and resourceful mindset. Ability to overcome difficulties through out-of-the-box thinking.
- You have good communication skills and like to pay attention to detail.
- You have at least 1 year of experience working on IT related roles.
- You have experience administering core SaaS apps for MDM, SSO, Mail/Calendar, and Chat.
- You have fundamental knowledge of networking principles such as TCP/IP, DNS, VPN.
- You have hands-on experience working on Apple based corporate environments.
- You are comfortable working on mechanic or manual tasks, with a mind for automating said tasks.
- You have confidence and comfort with asking questions to get to a resolution, whether internally to colleagues, management, or to vendors.
- You have a user-focus mindset, with a desire to provide excellent customer service.
- You have a natural desire to simplify processes through the means of structure, documentation, and communication.
- You have a positive, team-oriented mindset, with a natural willingness to always go the extra mile.
