Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $95/hr to $125/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain the overall architecture of the company’s platform infrastructure
- Define architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across platform components
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to align platform solutions with business requirements
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve platform scalability, security, and performance
- Develop and communicate architecture roadmaps and strategies to stakeholders and technical teams
- 5+ years of direct platform architecture experience
- Strong AWS cloud and terraform experience
