The Video Creation/Change Management Communications Consultant will help deliver and implement the company’s broader goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Video Content Creation:
    • Plan, create, and deliver high-quality video content packages covering pre-production, production, and post-production phases
    • Ensure deliverables are tailored for both internal and external communication platforms, maintaining a consistent and professional brand presence
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align video output with campaign objectives and business goals
  • Messaging and Storytelling Assets Management
    • Develop narrative content and storytelling frameworks that effectively translate complex data into clear, audience-focused messages
    • Utilize a data-driven approach to enhance engagement and clarity in change communications
  • Voice and Tone Guidelines Management
    • Create, update, and maintain documentation that defines and refines the voice and tone used across all workplace communications
    • Ensure consistency and alignment with the company’s culture, values, and brand identity across all content formats
  • Communications Trends Summary
    • Research and synthesize current communication trends, technologies, and industry practices
    • Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to elevate the quality and effectiveness of internal and change communications
What You’ll Bring

  • A strong background in multimedia production, narrative development, and communications strategy, with a keen eye on evolving industry trends
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Production, Change Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in video production, corporate communications, or change management
  • Consulting experience
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and visual storytelling
  • Strong understanding of corporate voice/tone, branding, and audience engagement strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) preferred
  • Experience in developing strategic communications in support of large-scale organizational changes
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure content effectiveness

Compensation And Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $70 to $90/HR depending on experience. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
