  • Migration & Modernization: Lead and support seamless application and infrastructure migrations to AWS, including experience with AWS MAP (Migration Acceleration Program) where applicable.
  • Infrastructure & Automation: Manage AWS environments, implement infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and automate deployments using scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current on trends, share best practices, and contribute to internal accelerators and offerings.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship (Principal Level): Lead engineering teams, guide architectural decisions, and support team development. Contribute to business development, pre-sales activities, and client road mapping.

We are hiring across Senior Consultant to Principal Consultant level, so ideal candidates will bring experience and skills in the following areas, with depth scaling by level:

  • Experience:
    • 5–10+ years in IT or cloud roles; at least 3–5 years focused on AWS solutions.
    • Prior consulting experience is strongly preferred.

    • Deep expertise with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, VPC, etc.).
    • Infrastructure & Ops knowledge (networking, storage, Active Directory, cost optimization).
    • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, and serverless technologies.
    • Scripting and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Python, etc.).
    • Exposure to multiple cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP) is a plus.
    • Prior experience in software development with Golang and Python. Ideally additional experience with Java (or any object-oriented language) and React (or any front-end facing language).
  • Software Development Experience:
    • Experience with Golang, Python, or Java required; familiarity with other object-oriented languages or front-end technologies such as React is a plus.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Strategic thinking with a curious and adaptable mindset.
    • For Principal level: Prior people management experience, pre-sales engagement (directly impact revenue $1M+), and client strategy alignment.
  • Education & Certifications:
    • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
    • AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps, SysOps) strongly encouraged.
