As a Client Partner Leader in our NorCal market, you’ll be a key member of the Client Leadership team focused on Slalom’s growing Enterprise Software client portfolio. You’ll partner with executive stakeholders across our clients’ organizations, build and grow trusted relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact business and technology solutions.

Compensation And Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position at the Director level, the base salary pay range is $192,000 to $307,000 and the targeted base salary range is $225,000 to $359,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor and accountable executive for Enterprise Software clients, building deep relationships and driving customer satisfaction across a portfolio of engagements
- Own and grow a multimillion-dollar book of business, with an annual revenue target of up to $12.5M+, by proactively identifying new opportunities, expanding accounts, and leading complex pursuits
- Shape and lead go-to-market strategies tailored to Enterprise Software clients, collaborating with cross-functional Slalom teams to craft compelling, differentiated solutions
- Lead proposal development, contract structuring, and pricing strategy, ensuring Slalom’s value is clearly articulated and aligned to client outcomes
- Guide the delivery of high-impact business and technology initiatives, leveraging Slalom best practices to ensure quality, agility, and alignment to client goals
- Provide executive-level oversight on engagements while developing strong relationships with client senior leadership and stakeholders
- Maintain an up to 40% personal utilization target, modeling hands-on engagement and commitment to delivery excellence
- Mentor and coach internal teams, serving as a thought leader and people developer across the NorCal office and broader Client Leadership team
- Represent Slalom as a visible leader in the Enterprise Software market, helping drive brand visibility and deepen client relationships across the Bay Area
- A hunger to build—this role is for someone who thrives in professional services, is eager to drive business, and sees whitespace as opportunity
- A proven ability to meet or exceed a revenue target of up to $12.5M+ revenue, with a strong track record of consultative selling, business development, and account growth
- Experience leading conversations at the C-suite level with clarity, confidence, and strong perspective
- Deep understanding of the Enterprise Software ecosystem—its pace, pressures, and possibilities—and how to align Slalom offerings to client needs
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including leadership roles within a consulting firm, tech company, or high-growth enterprise
- Operational acumen to manage portfolio performance, forecasting, and profitability, while also meeting an up to 40% individual utilization expectation
- Experience leading and inspiring cross-functional teams while creating an inclusive, feedback-rich, and high-performing culture
- Local presence in the Bay Area with flexibility to travel to client sites and Slalom offices on a hybrid schedule
