Compensation And Benefits
Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $100 to $150 per hour. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

Who You’ll Work With
Join our team as a Cloud Cyber Resilience Architect and help design and implement robust, AWS-native cyber resilience solutions. This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and highly available architectures that support backup integrity, disaster recovery, and incident response across multi-region AWS environments.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement cloud-native cyber resilience solutions on AWS.
- Develop resilient restore strategies across multi-region environments managing large datasets across various AWS services.
- Build event-driven architectures using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and EventBridge.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure backup immutability, encryption, and compliance.
- Monitor KMS usage patterns and perform IAM risk analysis.
- Develop real-time alerting pipelines using various AWS services data events, VPC Flow Logs, and other telemetry sources.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Backup, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, KMS, Could HSM, Secret Manager, and EventBridge, Data Lake, Sagemaker, Security Hub.
- Strong understanding of disaster recovery, incident response, and cloud security frameworks e.g. FedRAMP, CMMC, CSA.
- Proven ability to design and implement event-driven architectures in AWS.
- Expertise in backup immutability, tagging strategies, and cross-region disaster recovery.
- Familiarity with real-time monitoring and alerting pipelines.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
- AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty
- AWS Certified Security – Specialty
- Incident response certifications (e.g., GCIH, GCFA, or equivalent)
