What You’ll Do

• Become a foundational part of almost every company’s playbook, regardless of industry
• Analyze and understand clients’ maturity from a people/process/system perspective
• Advise clients on Delivery strategy and solutions planning
• Drive holistic and long-term solutions that impact business stakeholders across marketing, sales, service, product, or any other discipline that directly or indirectly influences building engaging and highly personalized experiences for customers
• Drive all elements of business advisory services – from planning and executing related research to synthesizing inputs and building phased roadmaps.
• Deliver strategic insights based on best-practices and quantitative analysis
  
  



What You’ll Bring

• Core skills in maturity model assessment, research & analysis, strategic planning & roadmap development, journey mapping, and persona development
• Experience performing competitive and best practice assessments, researching activities to identify competitive benchmarks
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, and develop ideas to bring together brand goals and tailor objectives and consumer needs
• Understanding of customer preferences across channels and have provided recommendations for clients to deliver dynamic agnostic experiences
