Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the pay range is $60/HR to $70/HR. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You’ll Do
- Owns overall project sponsorship, prioritization, reports inventory and report burndown management
- Coordinates business stakeholder alignment and SME engagement
- Drives validation activities and sign-off from business users
- Tracks business-led tasks, including testing, access provisioning, and report acceptance
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business project management, with a strong emphasis on data and reporting
- Stakeholder & Portfolio management
- Snowflake & Databricks familiarity preferred
