What You’ll Do

  • Define and launch enterprise data and AI strategies for Slalom’s clients, providing clear strategic direction and the modern infrastructure required to sustain and scale transformation programs.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to assess needs, opportunities, and risks, advising on how to maximize the value of data through technology, process, and organizational alignment.
  • Shape the vision for enterprise data architecture—including cloud data platforms, governance, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities—ensuring alignment with business strategy and measurable outcomes.
  • Translate complex business challenges into actionable technical strategies by designing operating models, establishing data-driven decision frameworks, and enabling advanced analytics.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, leveraging deep business acumen, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to unlock new opportunities and drive measurable business impact.
  • Champion cultural and organizational change by guiding clients through cloud adoption, data modernization, and AI readiness journeys.
  • Travel 30–40% as needed to support client engagements.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience shaping and delivering enterprise-wide data and AI strategies that connect business objectives with technology outcomes.
  • Demonstrated leadership in influencing senior executives and stakeholders, bringing innovative ideas and pragmatic solutions that drive measurable business value.
  • Expertise in identifying opportunities to use data and AI to improve business performance, standardize processes, and elevate decision-making across the enterprise.
  • Experience designing frameworks and approaches for large-scale data strategy initiatives, spanning modern data architecture, governance, visualization, advanced analytics, and applied AI.
  • Track record of leading cloud transformation programs that not only modernize technology platforms but also foster a digital-first, data-driven culture.
  • Broad knowledge of the data and analytics ecosystem with deep expertise in at least one domain—data architecture, data governance/management, or advanced analytics/AI.

Compensation And Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $175,000 to $281,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
