Who You’ll Work With

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will be a pivotal member of the Global People Leadership Team. You’ll work closely with C-suite executives, regional business leaders, and People Centers of Excellence to shape and deliver our global people strategy.

You will lead a distributed global team of People Business Partners across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, while partnering with regional leadership teams and leveraging COE expertise in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and People Operations. Your partnerships will influence critical business decisions and foster a high-impact, inclusive culture across diverse markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Inspire: Build and lead a high-performing global People Business Partner organization, including regional senior leaders, to deliver strategic impact across all geographies.
  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to global executive leadership, providing executive coaching and building leadership capability while anticipating business challenges and delivering innovative people solutions aligned with company priorities.
  • Talent & Organization: Drive global talent planning, succession management, leadership development, and organizational design to enable growth and agility.
    • Partner closely with global and regional business operations on workforce planning, bench management, and organizational capacity to ensure the right talent is in the right place at the right time.
  • Global Expansion: Lead People strategy for international growth, including the launch and integration of new markets, ensuring compliant and scalable HR practices.
  • Culture & Inclusion: Champion and nurture a globally inclusive, connected, and high-performance culture across hybrid and matrixed workforces.
  • Innovation & Modernization: Reimagine and modernize core People processes, pioneering the use of AI, automation, and data analytics to enhance efficiency, insights, and employee experience.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure execution of global people processes (performance, engagement, compensation planning) with consistency and regional relevance.
  • Compliance & Governance: Oversee global compliance and governance, aligning policies with diverse employment laws and practices across operating countries.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, L&D, Total Rewards, and other COEs to deliver integrated, scalable, and high-impact global people solutions
What You’ll Bring

  • Proven success leading and developing senior People leaders and cross-functional teams in a matrixed, multi-region environment.
  • 15+ years of senior HR leadership experience in multinational corporations, including experience managing globally distributed hybrid workforces across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite executives and drive enterprise-wide people strategies that accelerate business growth and transformation.
  • Expertise in global workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and culture transformation.
  • Executive presence, outstanding communication skills, and emotional intelligence to build trusted partnerships across diverse geographies.
  • Strong knowledge of international labor laws, employment practices, and cultural nuances, with the ability to balance global consistency and local customization.
  • Experience leading global market launches and building HR teams, systems, and processes from the ground up.
  • Data-driven mindset with practical experience applying analytics, AI, and automation to transform people functions.
  • Proven leadership in embedding diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging as a fundamental business priority across multiple regions.
  • Agile, resilient, and strategic leader with experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environments.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, depending on business demands.

Compensation And Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary range is $275,000 to $350,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
