Job Description: Business Analyst – Financial Services
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in financial services. This role requires a strategic thinker who can work closely with senior-level stakeholders and clients to analyze current state processes, define future state solutions, and ensure comprehensive documentation and traceability across all requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with senior-level stakeholders and clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct current state analysis and define future state processes and solutions.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to document current and future state workflows.
- Ensure traceability across all requirements and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Manage requirements using industry-standard methodologies and tools.
- Develop and refine user stories and maintain the product backlog.
- Create and maintain process models using BPMN and UML standards.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial services and clearing domain expertise.
- Support occasional travel to client sites as required.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including working with senior-level executives.
- Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on delivering business value.
- Proficiency in BPMN and UML for process modeling.
- Ability to write clear and concise user stories and manage backlog refinement.
- Knowledge of financial services operations, including clearing and settlement processes.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
