Whether it’s a multi-workstream transformation or a product launch, we bring clarity, structure, and momentum to every engagement.

We work shoulder-to-shoulder with clients, tailoring delivery approaches to meet them where they are—whether Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid. Our focus is on enabling predictable, repeatable outcomes that help organizations dream bigger, move faster, and build better tomorrows.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead strategic process optimization and business architecture engagements across complex client environments.
  • Partner with stakeholders to assess current-state operations, identify inefficiencies, and design future-state processes that align with business goals.
  • Translate business strategy into actionable process and capability models, leveraging frameworks such as BPMN, value stream mapping, and capability modeling.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to drive alignment, uncover insights, and co-create solutions.
  • Use AI-powered tools and techniques (e.g., process mining, intelligent automation, generative AI for documentation and analysis) to accelerate discovery, design, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, product, and change management to ensure seamless execution.
  • Mentor consultants and contribute to the growth of Slalom’s process and business architecture community.
  • Influence Slalom’s delivery methodology by integrating emerging technologies and best practices.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in process optimization, business architecture, or enterprise transformation, ideally in consulting or enterprise environments.
  • Deep expertise in process modeling, capability mapping, and business analysis.
  • Strong understanding of operational excellence, lean principles, and digital transformation.
  • Experience applying AI and automation tools to streamline process discovery, analysis, and optimization.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus across diverse teams.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Signavio, ARIS, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CBPP, TOGAF, Six Sigma) preferred.
