The Solutions Team is seeking a dynamic Solution Developer to shape and refine innovative, customer-focused solutions that accelerate both Go-to-Market impact and Outcome delivery. In this full-time role, you’ll collaborate with SMEs, sales teams, and delivery leads, harness market data and customer insights, and craft compelling “Why Slalom” narratives that deeply resonate with customers. The ideal candidate combines strategic planning expertise with hands-on solution development and a strong ability to connect insights into measurable business value.

Compensation And Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary range at Project Manager level is $82,000 to $115,000. The targeted base salary range at Manager level is $100,000 to $150,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You’ll Do
- Develop strategic solutions: Design and refine innovative, customer-focused solutions per quarter that align with Slalom's goals & address market challenges
- Craft impactful narratives: Build data-backed "Why Slalom" narratives that increase customer engagement, leveraging market research and SME insights
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with cross-functional groups such as SMEs, sales teams, and delivery leads to develop solutions that reflect deep expertise and innovation.
- Harness external data: Analyze market trends and external data sources to enhance solution relevance, ensuring alignment with customer needs
- Lead solution development: Oversee the end-to-end development of strategic solutions, ensuring timely delivery of prioritized initiatives
- Support Outcome efforts: Provide strategic insights and contribute the prioritized outcome plans, driving measurable growth in customer adoption rates
- Support roadmap development & execution: Work with the Outcomes Portfolio Lead to develop and execute the strategic roadmap across the Outcome Solution Development lifecycle.
- Facilitate workshops: Plan and facilitate solution design and customer discovery workshops that bring stakeholders together, uncover needs, and align on actionable
- Experience: 5+ years in solution strategy, business strategy, or a related field, with proven success in designing and launching customer-centric solutions
- Strategic planning expertise: Demonstrated ability to craft actionable strategic plans that achieve high implementation success rates
- Data-driven mindset: Proficiency in leveraging external market data, customer insights, and analytics tools to inform solution development
- Storytelling & Active Listening: Leverage active listening and facilitation skills to uncover insights, then translate them into clear, compelling narratives that increase customer understanding and engagement
- Collaboration: Strong ability to work across diverse teams, with a history of consistently delivering multiple cross-functional projects per year
- Tools proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, Microsoft Office, and Miro to support data analysis and solution development
- Subject Matter Expertise: Proficiency in organizational effectiveness and change management. Experience with human-centered design and AI tools is a plus.
