You’ll join a community of delivery professionals who thrive in complexity and are passionate about making things happen. Our teams lead high-impact initiatives across industries, partnering with clients to navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and deliver results that matter. Whether it’s a multi-workstream transformation or a product launch, we bring clarity, structure, and momentum to every engagement.

We work shoulder-to-shoulder with clients, tailoring delivery approaches to meet them where they are—whether Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid. Our focus is on enabling predictable, repeatable outcomes that help organizations dream bigger, move faster, and build better tomorrows.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead product strategy engagements for complex, high-impact client initiatives across industries.
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps that align with business goals, user needs, and market opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, data, and business) to shape and deliver innovative digital products.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and market research to inform product direction.
  • Use AI-powered tools and techniques (e.g., generative AI for ideation and prototyping, predictive analytics for prioritization, automation for backlog grooming) to accelerate product strategy and delivery.
  • Guide clients through product lifecycle decisions, from concept to launch and iteration.
  • Mentor product managers and strategists, contributing to Slalom’s product capability growth and thought leadership.
  • Influence Slalom’s product methodology and innovation agenda, integrating emerging technologies and trends.

What You’ll Bring

  • 15+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, or digital innovation, ideally in consulting or enterprise environments.
  • Proven success shaping and launching digital products across industries and platforms.
  • Deep understanding of product frameworks (e.g., Jobs to Be Done, Lean Startup, Agile, OKRs).
  • Experience applying AI tools to accelerate product discovery, design, and delivery.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect product strategy to measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, design, technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
