The Practice Relations Coordinator will provide direct support to the Managing Director, handling a wide range of administrative, operational, and event-related tasks. Compensation And Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $55,000 to $65,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You’ll Do
Executive & Operational Support
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduling internal and client meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing meeting materials.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the Managing Director, handling correspondence, calls, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with document preparation, including presentations, proposals, contracts, and reports.
- Handle expense reporting and other administrative financial tasks.
- Maintain organized files and records.
- Provide general office and operational support, including liaising with vendors and service providers.
- Assist in the annual review process, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up coordination.
- Anticipate the needs of the Managing Director and proactively manage priorities.
- Client & Team Coordination
- Support client engagement activities by tracking deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate team meetings, prepare agendas, and capture meeting notes or action items.
- Facilitate internal communications and collaboration across teams.
- Work with Two Degrees SRO team to source, screen and recruit top-performing, experienced Accounting and Finance professionals
- Network, build relationships and sell the Two Degrees Brand.
- Event Management
- Plan, organize, and execute events for both billable and non-billable employees, including annual retreats, holiday parties, and team-building activities.
- Plan, execute, and manage all client and internal events (e.g., lunches, happy hours, workshops).

- 1+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or operations support role (professional services or consulting firm experience preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Slack).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
