What You’ll Do
- Own the Data pillar GTM for the Adobe practice, shaping the portfolio around AEP (RTCDP), CJA, and adjacent activation (AJO/Target); partner with Content & Journeys pillar leaders to deliver connected “Personalization at Scale” solutions.
- Create and productize offerings (e.g., AEP/RTCDP QuickStart, Analytics Modernization), including value propositions, scoping patterns, delivery blueprints, and success metrics.
- Lead sales pursuits—qualify opportunities, craft solution narratives, build exec-ready content, and co‑sell with Adobe; serve as solution lead through scoping and SOW.
- Be the C‑suite advisor on data strategy and its operating model, privacy/consent, identity, and measurement; facilitate vision workshops and “art of the possible” demos.
- Oversee delivery and assure outcomes on complex engagements as player/coach—architecturally shaping AEP data model (XDM), Web/Mobile SDK, streaming/batch ingestion, identity/segment design, and activation and others.
- Build enablement at scale—publish POVs, lead internal training, and adopt a “train‑the‑trainer” approach for client and Slalom teams to drive sustained adoption.
- Develop talent and teaming—recruit, mentor, and staff cross‑functional squads (strategy, data engineering, architecture, activation) to deliver consistently.
- Contribute to IP/accelerators—templates, connectors, and dashboards that shorten time‑to‑value (e.g., CJA data view patterns and exec insight workspaces).
- Champion responsible data use—embed governance, consent management, and measurement practices across the lifecycle.
- Depth in Adobe data stack: 5–7+ years hands‑on with AEP/RTCDP and CJA, including identity graphs, XDM, dataflows, data views, profile/segment design, and activation patterns; familiarity with AJO/Target integration paths.
- MarTech & data leadership: 10+ years across CDP/analytics/activation programs; proven track record defining data strategies and operating models that realize business outcomes.
- GTM & pursuit leadership: experience packaging services, pricing, shaping proposals, and closing multi‑workstream deals.
- Executive communication: excellence in storytelling, building C‑level presentations, and facilitating decision‑making.
- Architecture fluency: web/mobile SDK, event streaming, batch ingestion, identity resolution, privacy/consent, and BI/AI integration; comfort partnering with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- People leadership: hiring, coaching, and developing diverse teams; fostering inclusive, collaborative cultures.
- Nice to have: Adobe certifications (AEP Architect, CJA, RTCDP).
