  • Quantify ROI (duplicate reduction, revenue protection, risk reduction) and communicate outcomes to executives.
  • Lead complex multi‑region implementations; resolve escalations; coach teams and support strategic pursuits.

  • 10+ years in data/analytics with 5+ years leading MDM programs and complex implementations.
  • Expertise with MDM architectures (registry/hub/coexistence/consolidation), operating models, and value realization.
  • Experience applying AI/ML to entity resolution and relationship discovery; proven executive influence and risk management.
  • Experience with building and executing data governance operating models, at least in the context of Master Data Management.

  • Set the narrative for MDM strategy with clarity and presence; coach others to navigate complex interactions.
  • Lead executive decision‑making forums and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Own solution outcomes end‑to‑end; align team priorities to business value; resolve escalations across scope/schedule/people.
  • Role‑model effective engagement onboarding and enable rapid value realization.
  • Create trusted relationships across business and technology; navigate organizational constraints and escalate thoughtfully.
