In this role, you’ll be leading a go-to-market team and shaping both our business and our clients’ success for the PA Metro area.

Compensation And Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $161,000 to $258,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

- Bring Slalom’s big-picture strategy down to the local level—tailoring it to the market, client portfolio, and regional needs.
- Share insights around different different disciplines within CX and position yourself (and Slalom) as the go-to expert.
- Lead Slalom-hosted events and collaborate with partners to keep the conversation going.
- Partner with sales and industry teams to spot opportunities and turn ideas into action.
- Act as a trusted advisor—helping clients see what’s possible and guiding them to solutions that make an impact.
- Play a key role in pitches, proposals, and strategic sales conversations.
