The Slalom Atlanta Technology Strategy team is seeking an experienced implementation developer to focus on supporting our clients’ payments-focused objectives. We are open to hiring at the Consultant and Senior Consultant titles. Our team helps organizations of all kinds redefine what’s possible, give shape to the future—and get there. What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, configure, test, and implement full stack software solutions for payments technology (Issuer and/or Acquirer).
- Deliver hands-on coding and configuration expertise to ensure client success.
- Guide and support clients in understanding the impacts of payments technology on their business and strategic decisions.
- Apply best practices in software development to accomplish project and organizational objectives.
- 5+ years of advanced implementation technical experience
- Experience as a full stack developer, with proficiency in more than one programming language
- Stripe certification, Adyen, Global Payments, or other similar payments processor experience preferred.
- Strategic thinking and leadership skills with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and building a positive work culture.
- Comfort with navigating ambiguity on engagements.
- A partnership mindset to effectively solution with and guide delivering high-impact solutions and helping drive their business growth.
- Prior consulting experience preferred.

Compensation And Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range at the Consultant level is $96,000 to $136,000. For this position at the Senior Consultant level the base salary pay range is $110,000 to $156,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
