Job Title: Business Analyst (BA)

Location: New York, NY (near Grand Central) – Onsite 2–3 days/week

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) to support a critical program with an aggressive timeline. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, driving solution development and execution while ensuring process optimization.

Core Responsibilities

  • Analyze current state processes and recommend future-state optimizations.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams for solution development and business teams for execution.
  • Manage and prioritize requirements using JIRA and Microsoft tools.
  • Support Order-to-Cash workflows with strong CPQ expertise.
  • Document functional specifications and ensure alignment across stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong Order-to-Cash CPQ experience (critical requirement).
  • Proficient in JIRA and Microsoft tools.
  • Proven ability to deliver multiple projects (Sr. Level).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Workday integration experience (highly preferred).
  • Familiarity with metering and usage delay concepts.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $80/hr to $105/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
