Job Title: Business Analyst (BA)
Location: New York, NY (near Grand Central) – Onsite 2–3 days/week

Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. Core Responsibilities
- Analyze current state processes and recommend future-state optimizations.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams for solution development and business teams for execution.
- Manage and prioritize requirements using JIRA and Microsoft tools.
- Support Order-to-Cash workflows with strong CPQ expertise.
- Document functional specifications and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Strong Order-to-Cash CPQ experience (critical requirement).
- Proficient in JIRA and Microsoft tools.
- Proven ability to deliver multiple projects (Sr. Level).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Workday integration experience (highly preferred).
- Familiarity with metering and usage delay concepts.
