Who You’ll Work With
As a Cybersecurity Sr. Principal, you will collaborate with CISOs, CIOs, and senior business leaders to develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and governance frameworks. You will lead initiatives that enhance risk management, compliance, and resilience across diverse technology landscapes. This role requires both strategic vision and practical execution; crafting governance roadmaps while ensuring tangible, impactful results for clients. You will also contribute significantly to practice development, driving business growth, shaping service offerings, and mentoring teams to achieve delivery excellence.

For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Denver, Phoenix, Portland, Salt Lake City is $178,000 to $215,000, for Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and Seattle is $194,000 to $235,000, for San Francisco and Silicon Valley is $212,000 to $258,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with CISOs, CIOs, and business leaders to design and implement cybersecurity strategies and governance frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead business development efforts by crafting proposals, designing solutions, and serving as the subject matter expert in cybersecurity strategy and governance.
- Drive sales growth by owning a defined sales target, developing pipeline, and identifying new business opportunities in cybersecurity services.
- Serve as Pursuit and Sales Solution Lead to shape deals, articulate value propositions, and convert opportunities into won engagements.
- Lead delivery of cybersecurity projects, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with client expectations.
- Conduct program assessments and create customized, risk-based roadmaps to enhance the maturity of cyber programs.
- Develop and implement governance frameworks for risk management, compliance, and resilience across various technology environments.
- Advise clients on security best practices and risk management strategies across both traditional and cloud-based platforms.
- Leverage broad experience across multiple cyber domains (e.g., cyber risk, vulnerability management, IAM, security architecture, AI Security, etc.) to provide the most effective recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, governance, risk management, or technology consulting, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
- Knowledge of regulatory and industry standards such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR, CRI, HIPAA, or SOX.
- Deep expertise across multiple areas: governance frameworks, risk management, compliance, audit, and resilience.
- Strong track record leading client-facing engagements from strategy through implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to support and lead business development efforts, develop proposals, and design solutions for client challenges.
- Experience working in consulting for large, complex organizations.
