Operating within a global, centralized HR Support Center, the People Services Coordinator is a hands-on role where you are part of a team responsible for providing HR related administrative and analytical support to team members in the America’s (US, Canada, Mexico, and Colombia).
The People Services Coordinator’s primary responsibility is supporting HR related cases via our internal case management tool (ServiceNow) and HCM (Workday). To complete this work, you will interact with our team members at varying levels within the organization, as well as perform research, analysis and document preparation; interacting with team members and People Leaders on a variety of HR queries. You'll be a valuable resource for team members, providing guidance and support to make them successful.
This role reports to the Senior Manager, People Services (America’s Region). Relocation assistance is not provided for this position.
What You’ll Do
People Services
1-2 years demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, professional, global business environment such as in human resources, customer service and/or support center preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to work discretely on a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues
Attention to detail with a passion for excellent customer service; resourceful with a natural investigative curiosity
Evolving technical skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. Proficient with Workday or comparable HCM, as well as case management tool such as ServiceNow preferred, but not required.
Work with a sense of urgency without sacrificing quality or accuracy; ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment

For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for this position is $21-$26 per hour. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You’ll Do
People Services
- Performs as a key contributor to the People Services function by collaborating with Global People Team COE’s and executing tasks which support the America’s region.
- Process day-to-day HR requests and queries submitted to People Services; ensuring all HR-critical administrative transactions are accurate and handled in a timely and compliant manner. Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Researches and resolves technical and functional issues, and responds to questions and requests within our ServiceNow queue.
- Administer key processes such as onboarding and offboarding, employee changes, unemployment claims, background checks, audits, and reporting.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries from our employees regarding payroll, benefits, policies, employee data, and HR processes and systems; escalates as appropriate to HR functions and People Business Partners.
- Ensures continuous process improvement for all processes and works with business partners and other departments to execute.
- Assist with the documentation of internal processes and controls as needed.
- Partner with Workday team members to reconcile and audit data as needed.
- Assist with special HR projects as needed.
