You will partner with client leaders and technologists to navigate the uncertainty of the AI era, ensuring that complex strategies are not just designed, but realized.
What You’ll Do
- Define Transformation Architecture: Act as the strategic architect for the enterprise. You will define the "Golden Thread" that connects executive strategy to execution, ensuring that technology investments (Cloud, AI, Data) map directly to business value and solve the right problems.
- Lead Operating Model & Org Design: Move beyond static organizational charts. You will design and activate adaptive operating models that clarify decision rights, break down silos, and enable teams to move faster. You will align workforce capabilities with new strategic mandates, ensuring the organization is structured to consume new technology.
- Stand Up the AI Office: Guide clients through the complexity of GenAI adoption by designing the AI Office. You will establish the governance, ethical guardrails, and human-in-the-loop workflows required to scale AI safely and effectively across the enterprise.
- Engineer Value & Outcomes: Bring financial and strategic rigor to transformation. You will establish Transformation Value Offices (TVO) using data visualization (PowerBI/Tableau) to track adoption metrics and prove financial ROI to CFOs, moving the conversation from "activity" to "impact".
- Navigate Ambiguity: Serve as a Solution Owner in high-ambiguity environments. You will bring structure to chaos, facilitating visioning sessions and designing roadmaps for problems that do not yet have a defined solution.
- Strategic Problem Solving: A proven ability to deconstruct complex, ambiguous business challenges into actionable roadmaps. You are a thinker and a doer who can pivot strategies as market conditions change.
- Core TDL Expertise: Deep experience in one or more of our primary sub-capabilities:
- Transformation Architecture: Connecting strategy to execution.
- Operating Model & Org Design: Structuring teams for speed and value.
- AI Office / Governance: Operationalizing AI at scale.
- Consulting Toolkit:
- Strong facilitation skills to align misaligned executive stakeholders.
- Data storytelling proficiency (PowerBI, Tableau) to visualize progress and value.
- Fluency in GenAI concepts (LLMs, Copilots) and their impact on workforce productivity.
- Adaptive Mindset: You are comfortable working without a script. You leverage accelerators and playbooks to move fast but possess the critical thinking skills to customize them for unique client contexts.
