Who You’ll Work With
The Slalom Payments team is seeking an experienced Technical Implementation Specialist, an application integration engineering focused opportunity, to focus on supporting one of our clients to achieve their payments-focused objectives.
In this role, you will serve as an individual contributor embedded with the client team, supporting the implementation of a new payments microservice/microfrontend, including integration into Stripe for payment collection and alignment with Stripe Payments/OCS best practices.
The project will last at least through the end of April 2026.

In this role, you will serve as an individual contributor embedded with the client team, supporting the implementation of a new payments microservice/microfrontend, including integration into Stripe for payment collection and alignment with Stripe Payments/OCS best practices.

What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, configure, test, and implement full stack software solutions for payments technology (Issuer and/or Acquirer).
- Deliver hands-on coding and configuration expertise to ensure client success.
- Guide and support clients on their Stripe integration including best practices (e.g., webhook reliability, production-tailored API use, and card/token management)
- Apply best practices in software development to accomplish project and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with our payments partners to understand their solutions and how they are implemented.
- 5+ years of advanced implementation technical experience as a full stack developer.
- Proficiency with Angular and .NET.
- Experience with Stripe implementations.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations.
- Background working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Comfort with navigating ambiguity on engagements.
- A partnership mindset to effectively solution with and guide delivering high-impact solutions and helping drive their business growth.
- Prior consulting or external client facing experience preferred.
