We are targeting for this role to be located in our West Region where there is a Slalom office and are looking for candidates who are interested in working in a hybrid environment.
Slalom is seeking a Product Tooling (Atlassian) Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our growing team, focused on helping clients design, implement, and optimize Atlassian tooling ecosystems that enable modern product delivery, agile ways of working, and measurable business outcomes.
In this external-facing consulting role, you will partner with product, engineering, delivery, and business leaders to configure and scale Atlassian tools—such as Jira, Confluence, Jira Align, and related integrations—to support product strategy, delivery execution, and organizational transparency. You will help clients move from fragmented tooling to cohesive, outcome-driven product and delivery platforms.

For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for the Consultant role is $77,000 to $106,000 and Senior Consultant role is $102,000 to $145,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with client product, delivery, and technology leaders to understand product operating models, delivery challenges, and tooling needs
- Design, configure, and optimize Atlassian solutions (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Jira Align)
- Translate business and product requirements into scalable tooling configurations
- Support implementation of product and delivery metrics, dashboards, and reporting
- Collaborate with engineering, product, UX, and transformation teams
- Advise clients on Atlassian best practices and adoption strategies
- Participate in agile delivery activities
- Support change management and enablement efforts
- Create reusable assets and playbooks
- 3+ years of experience in product delivery, agile delivery, or tooling roles
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Understanding of modern product, agile, or scaled delivery frameworks
- Rovo and Automation experience
- Experience with platform migrations/consolidations
- Enterprise governance, hierarchy, and taxonomy design experience
- Executive and portfolio stakeholder enablement experience
