Role Summary
The Specialist, Headquarters Logistics & Workplace Experience Operations, supports the day-to-day operations of Slalom’s Headquarters communal spaces. This role focuses on logistics coordination, catering support, facilities operations, and employee and client experiences.
This is a hands-on, highly visible role that helps ensure our Headquarters environment is welcoming, organized, and operating smoothly. The Specialist works closely with Market Operations, Global Spaces, vendors, and Headquarter leaders to support a high-quality workplace experience.
In-Office Expectations
This is a primarily in-person role, with the expectation of being onsite during core business hours five days per week.
Flexibility may be required to arrive early, stay late, or adjust hours to support events, catering deliveries, vendor coordination, and other onsite logistics.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The targeted base salary pay range for this position is $25 to $35. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

This Role Requires
- A consistent and visible presence in communal spaces
- Serving as an onsite point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors
- Proactive responsiveness to real-time office needs

Communal Space & Facilities Support
- Maintain daily readiness and organization of communal areas and meeting spaces
- Coordinate maintenance requests with property management
- Support building access, badging, and visitor experience
- Manage mail, shipping, and package distribution
- Partner with Global Spaces and local vendors to ensure smooth facility operations
- Monitor supplies and restock kitchen, office, and shared materials
- Coordinate catering for internal meetings and client-facing events
- Confirm attendee counts
- Ensure timely delivery and proper setup of food and beverages
- Support room setup, breakdown, and post-event reset
- Track event expenses and support budget reconciliation
- Prepare meeting spaces for client visits and leadership meetings
- Support Headquarters -based events, all-hands meetings, and community gatherings
- Assist with employee recognition moments and culture initiatives
- Support new hire first-day logistics (scheduling, workspace readiness, welcome materials, office tour)
- Support purchasing and expense reconciliation for Headquarters operations
- Maintain vendor contact information and documentation
- Update Headquarters resources and communication channels as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in office operations, hospitality, workplace services, event coordination, or similar
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional and friendly communication style
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Service-oriented and approachable
