The team is looking to expand by adding a Marketo Consultant who will deliver tangible business impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Slalom clients in implementing, optimizing, and operating Marketo
  • Identify client pain points and provide recommendations
  • Collaborate with senior business and technical stakeholders across marketing, marketing technology, and data analytics
  • Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand use cases
  • Design data flows and integrations across Marketo and other related platforms
  • Align Marketo technology solutions with marketing objectives (acquisition, conversion, retention, etc)
  • Enable client teams for long term success through documentation, training, and enablement

What You’ll Bring

  • Hands-on experience with Marketo (implementation, optimization, management, operation)
  • Experience creating campaigns, developing email templates, and managing data within Marketo
  • Experience with common Marketo integrations, such as CRMs, webinar tools, and data platforms
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and creating documentation for marketing automation tools
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in digital strategy, consulting, or related fields
  • Marketo certification preferred
  • Experience with other Adobe products (especially Journey Optimizer or Target) is a plus
  • Occasional travel as needed by client

Role

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges:

  • East Bay, San Francisco, Silicon Valley:
    • Consultant: $125,500–$153,500
  • San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, Seattle, Boston, Houston, New Jersey, New York City, Washington DC, Westchester:
    • Consultant: $115,000–$141,000
  • All other locations:
    • Consultant: $105,500–$129,000
In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
