The Chief of Staff is a strategic partner to senior executives, responsible for translating leadership priorities into coordinated action across the organization. This role ensures alignment, operational efficiency, and execution of key initiatives that drive business performance and growth. The Chief of Staff works closely with leadership teams to prioritize work, manage cross-functional initiatives, and maintain focus on the organization’s highest-impact objectives.
This role serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing strategic insight, operational oversight, and communication support while enabling effective decision-making and execution across the organization.

For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for this position is $146,000 to $182,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership & Execution
- Serve as a trusted advisor and day-to-day thought partner to senior executives and leadership teams.
- Translate organizational strategy and executive priorities into clear, actionable plans and initiatives.
- Coordinate leadership priorities, ensuring initiatives are properly defined, sequenced, resourced, and executed.
- Monitor program and initiative health, identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support leaders in evaluating tradeoffs and making informed decisions that maintain momentum toward goals.
- Represent leadership in meetings, forums, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure continuity and alignment.
- Partner with leaders across departments to align priorities, initiatives, and organizational goals.
- Facilitate collaboration between teams to drive execution of key strategic initiatives.
- Support enterprise planning and prioritization efforts to ensure alignment with company-wide objectives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions such as finance, people operations, technology, marketing, and operations.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and lead efforts to improve processes, systems, and working norms.
- Frame options and tradeoffs for leadership and help drive consensus among senior stakeholders.
- Establish and manage the executive operating cadence, including leadership meetings, planning sessions, and business reviews.
- Ensure action items, commitments, and priorities are tracked and delivered on schedule.
- Prepare executive-level communications including presentations, briefing materials, and internal messaging.
- Synthesize complex information into clear insights that support leadership decision-making.
- Partner with analytics and data teams to develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance tracking tools.
- Support financial planning and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
- Partner with people and culture teams on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- 10+ years of experience in program management, strategy, business operations, management consulting, or Chief of Staff / executive office roles.
- Experience supporting senior leaders in complex, fast-paced, and matrixed organizations.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Strong strategic thinking and experience supporting leadership planning processes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations and briefings.
- Strong facilitation and project management capabilities with the ability to drive outcomes across multiple initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to inform decisions and track performance.
- Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to build credibility quickly across teams and leadership levels.
