As a Sales Leader, you will lead sales efforts in the Florida market, with an emphasis on leadership, revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and sales process management. You will guide, support, and mentor the sales team, collaborate with practice leaders to drive sales and revenue growth, oversee marketing initiatives, and build partnerships to enhance market presence. Responsibilities include building pipelines, securing MSAs, managing proposals and pricing, and maintaining strong relationships with senior customer executives and strategic accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, guide, support, and coach a high-performing sales team, including Sales Executives, Senior Sales Executives, and PSMs, fostering strong performance, accountability, and growth.
  • Mentor and develop sellers across the market, partnering closely with sales, account, and practice teams to build overall go-to-market effectiveness.
  • Consistently drive sales and revenue growth across commercial accounts within the market.
  • Leverage Slalom sales platforms to deliver accurate forecasting and collaborate with the broader GTM team to ensure pipeline precision and visibility.
  • Partner with practice and account leaders to identify, pursue, and close opportunities across targeted and strategic accounts.
  • Initiate, facilitate, and oversee integrated marketing efforts, including in-person events, lead generation programs, and account-based marketing initiatives, to create qualified leads and new opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with key technology vendors, industry associations, and eco partners to expand Slalom’s market presence and amplify complementary offerings.
  • Collaborate with new and existing clients to build a healthy pipeline, secure new Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and expand existing relationships.
  • Lead and oversee the full sales and proposal lifecycle, including opportunity qualification, pricing strategy, and resource planning.
  • Build and sustain impactful relationships with senior customer executives, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Co-manage strategic accounts in partnership with industry and capability leaders to drive long-term value and growth.
  • Partner with market leadership to create and sustain a diverse, balanced book of business across offerings and accounts.
  • Qualify inbound opportunities to ensure strong alignment with Slalom’s capabilities and client needs.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing sales teams within a consulting, professional services, or complex B2B environment.
  • A strong track record of driving consistent sales performance and revenue growth across commercial accounts.
  • Deep expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and using sales platforms and CRM tools to drive accuracy and transparency.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with account, practice, marketing, and GTM teams to pursue and close opportunities.
  • Experience leading complex sales cycles, including proposals, pricing, and resource planning.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to earn credibility and trust with senior client executives and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience developing and leveraging strategic partnerships with technology vendors, industry groups, and eco partners.
  • A strategic, consultative sales mindset with the ability to balance short-term wins and long-term account growth.
  • Comfort with qualifying inbound and outbound opportunities and prioritizing efforts to maximize impact.
  • A collaborative leadership style and commitment to building an inclusive, diverse, and sustainable book of business.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Director is $168,000 to $212,000, the base salary pay range for Sr Director is $218,000-270,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
