What You’ll DoJob Title: Life Sciences CRM Architect - Global Technology - Senior Consultant or Principal
You believe patients and HCPs deserve better. As a Salesforce subject matter expert and life sciences technologist, you take responsibility for exceptional client delivery, proposal development, and solution design, supporting new business opportunities and knowledge management.
You work closely with the Product Owner and Technical Architect to understand requirements and enable the authoring/development of quality solutions that meet the requirements. You understand why there is a shift in how reps interact with HCPs, that we have an opportunity to simplify the process of getting patients on therapy, and how pharmaceutical and medical device companies use technology as an enabler to value for their people and processes.
Above all, you want to build a platform that helps to bring therapies and information to patients and HCP faster, to ensure better health outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the technical consultant or leader for Life Sciences CRM projects onsite at our enterprise client locations
- Work collaboratively with functional and business process teams
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage Salesforce or Veeva platforms and products
- Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulate risks and benefits
- Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developers
- Design and manage the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered
- Follow and understand new Life Sciences CRM product and technical capabilities from releases and acquisitions
- Provide expertise during sales efforts to design solutions and estimate technical effort
- Collaborate to develop go-to-market perspectives that solve real problems for clients
- Participate in marketing events (conferences, industry events, sales meetings)
- Demonstrate thought leadership through publishing, speaking, and presentations
- Mentor junior technical and functional team members
- A passion for improving the lives and experiences of patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
- 3+ years of CRM industry experience or Life Sciences industry experience
- Minimum 3 years of Life Sciences CRM experience (Veeva, Salesforce, or OCE)
- 2–4+ years of experience with declarative software configuration
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across systems
- Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills
- Active technology certifications or ability to obtain them upon hire

Salary Ranges:
East Bay, San Francisco, Silicon Valley:- Sr. Consultant: $159,000 - $194,000
- Principal: $194,000 - $237,000
- Sr. Consultant: $146,000 - $178,000
- Principal: $178,000 - $218,000
- Sr. Consultant: $135,000 - $165,000
- Principal: $165,000 - $200,000
Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other factors. Salary ranges may change at any time.
