Data Visualization Analyst (Apache Superset)
Location: Remote (Must be able to work PST hours)

What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Apache Superset
- Translate ambiguous or high-level stakeholder requests into actionable data visualizations
- Work closely with product, engineering, analytics, and business teams to understand data needs
- Ensure visualizations follow best practices for clarity, usability, and storytelling
- Validate data accuracy, consistency, and performance across dashboards
- Iterate on dashboards based on stakeholder feedback and evolving requirements
What You’ll Bring
- Strong hands-on experience with Apache Superset is required
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Solid understanding of data modeling and analytical concepts
- Experience working with complex, large-scale datasets
- Nice to Have / Preferred Skills:
- Python (with strong experience working with data frames)
- PySpark / Apache Spark
- Experience working in AWS environments
- Familiarity with React
- Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau
- Background in analytics engineering or data platform teams

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the pay range is $55/hr to $60/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
