Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working alongside clients to solve their most challenging problems and drive digital transformation.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Business Analyst Capacity (SaaS Implementation Support)
- Facilitate requirements and process discussions (current state → future state) and translate findings into clear delivery artifacts (user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, definitions of done/ready).
- Support SaaS implementation delivery by helping clarify configuration needs, data/integration considerations, workflow impacts, reporting requirements, and role-based process changes.
- Drive alignment among business stakeholders, product, and technical teams—ensuring shared understanding and minimizing rework.
- Partner with QA/UAT participants to ensure validation scenarios align to requirements and that feedback is incorporated efficiently.
Success Looks Like
- The team consistently delivers increments with clear sprint goals, strong predictability, and visible progress.
- Stakeholders experience a well-run, well-communicated final phase with minimal surprises and strong release readiness.
- Teams demonstrate improved agility through coaching—better refinement, tighter stories, faster decisions, fewer blockers.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years as a BA driving delivery for software or platform implementations.
- Demonstrated strength in servant leadership, conflict navigation, and building healthy cross-functional collaboration.
- Coaching capability: able to coach teams and individuals and also “be coached” (open, adaptive, reflective).
- Critical thinker and driver: proactively identifies issues, surfaces tradeoffs, and pushes toward decisions and outcomes.
- BA-capable: strong facilitation, requirements thinking, story writing, and ability to translate business needs into delivery-ready work.
- Experience supporting SaaS implementations (configuration-driven delivery, stakeholder alignment, adoption/readiness considerations).
- Strong communication skills—able to communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively and sustain team cadence.
- Experience delivering in GRC / eGRC or other governance, risk, compliance, audit, or regulatory programs.
- Familiarity with scaled delivery environments (multiple teams, dependencies, shared release trains).
- Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM) or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tooling (Jira/Azure DevOps/Confluence) and lightweight metrics reporting.
