Role: Slalom Flex (Project Based) - Project Coordinator

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate day-to-day project operations across multiple workstreams
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
• Maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation
• Facilitate recurring meetings (standups, status reviews, stakeholder updates)
• Capture notes, action items, and ensure follow-through on deliverables
• Partner with project managers and cross-functional teams to manage timelines and risks
• Support escalation tracking and issue resolution workflows
• Maintain reporting dashboards and provide updates to leadership
• Ensure compliance with client processes, tools, and governance standards

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project support
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience supporting large, cross-functional projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, fast-paced environment
• Experience in utilities, energy, or regulated environments preferred

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $35/hr-$45/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
