Role: Slalom Flex (Project Based) - Project Coordinator
Location: Phoenix, Arizona

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate day-to-day project operations across multiple workstreams
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
- Maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation
- Facilitate recurring meetings (standups, status reviews, stakeholder updates)
- Capture notes, action items, and ensure follow-through on deliverables
- Partner with project managers and cross-functional teams to manage timelines and risks
- Support escalation tracking and issue resolution workflows
- Maintain reporting dashboards and provide updates to leadership
- Ensure compliance with client processes, tools, and governance standards
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project support
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience supporting large, cross-functional projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Experience in utilities, energy, or regulated environments preferred

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $35/hr-$45/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
