What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Coach the team and Product Owner on Agile/Scrum best practices
  • Remove blockers and support the team in achieving sprint goals
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on progress and risks
  • Support backlog refinement and help ensure work is well defined and prioritized


What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Experience leading a team
  • Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, ADO, etc.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the pay range is
$60/hr to $70/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
