Slalom’s Adobe Practice is scaling its Content and B2B capabilities to help clients modernize and operationalize the end-to-end Content Supply Chain and/or their B2B modernizations —from strategy and planning through creation, management, orchestration, delivery, activation, optimization, and measurement. Organizations today require connected ecosystems that enable personalized, scalable, omnichannel experiences powered by Adobe CX Enterprise.

As the Adobe Director, Market Solutions, you will serve as an Individual Contributor (IC) leader responsible for helping shape and grow Slalom’s market-facing Content Supply Chain and B2B solutions and offerings. Reporting to the Adobe Practice Leader, this role will focus on developing strategic go-to-market motions, supporting sales pursuits, creating innovative solution offerings, enabling market differentiation, and strengthening Slalom’s expertise across Adobe ecosystem.

This leader will foster a high-performance culture, facilitate strategies aligned with business outcomes and financial targets, and champion specialized expertise in external engagements. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, market awareness, relationship development, and high-quality solutioning expertise.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across Adobe Content Supply Chain applications, Marketo, digital experience transformation, and enterprise marketing ecosystems, while operating as a trusted advisor internally and externally.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Content Supply Chain and B2B Market Strategy

  • Help define and evolve Slalom’s Content and B2B Pillar strategy aligned to Adobe’s vision and enterprise digital experience priorities.
  • Shape market-facing offerings that connect content operations, DAM, workflow orchestration, personalization, activation, and measurement.
  • Shape market-facing offerings that connect Marketo and AJO B2B to enable B2B client’s digital transformation.
  • Partner closely with Adobe Practice leadership, Data, Journeys, Content, and Experience leaders to create integrated Experience-Led Transformation solutions.
  • Identify market trends, industry shifts, and emerging opportunities that inform solution evolution and business growth.
  • Foster alignment between strategy, customer outcomes, and financial targets.

Drive Adobe, B2B and Content Supply Chain Solutions

  • Serve as a subject matter expert across the full Content Supply Chain lifecycle, including:
    • Content creation, strategy and planning
    • Digital Asset Management (DAM)
    • Workflow and approval orchestration
    • Content distribution and omnichannel delivery
    • Personalization and activation
    • Performance measurement and optimization
  • Lead solution strategy and advisory approaches leveraging Adobe and Marketo technologies including:
    • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites, Assets, Forms), Adobe Workfront, Adobe GenStudio, Adobe Firefly, Marketo Engage
  • Understand integration patterns across Adobe Experience Cloud and adjacent MarTech ecosystems.

Build and Productize Offerings

  • Work with the Adobe leaders to Create scalable service offerings, solution plays, accelerators, implementation frameworks, and reusable assets aligned to Slalom standards.
  • Develop go-to-market enablement, value propositions, maturity models, and strategic messaging.
  • Contribute to strategic market positioning and differentiation for Slalom’s Adobe and Content Supply Chain capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-market leaders to cultivate innovative ideas and expand solution adoption.

Lead Sales Pursuits & Executive Engagements

  • Lead complex pursuits and strategic opportunities from qualification through proposal, scoping, and Statement of Work (SOW) development.
  • Build executive-ready narratives, workshops, presentations, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives across Marketing, Content Operations, Customer Experience, and Technology organizations.
  • Partner with Adobe account teams and alliance leaders to identify opportunities and co-sell solutions.

Drive Strategic Solutioning & Market Enablement

  • Serve as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert for complex pursuits, transformation initiatives, and executive conversations.
  • Guide clients on Content Supply Chain operating models, organizational readiness, governance, and transformation planning.
  • Champion adoption of Slalom’s prioritized go-to-market motions and strategic offerings.
  • Develop relationships with Adobe and industry partners to strengthen Slalom’s market presence.
  • Publish thought leadership, participate in industry conversations, and elevate Slalom’s brand and expertise externally.
  • Encourage innovative thinking and responsible use of emerging technologies including AI-enabled content operations.

Champion Innovation & AI-Enabled Content Operations

  • Help clients operationalize AI-enabled content creation and optimization strategies using Adobe Firefly and GenStudio.
  • Drive innovation around content reuse, modular content, personalization at scale, and workflow automation.
  • Stay current on emerging Adobe roadmap capabilities and evolving market trends across Content Supply Chain transformation.
  • Help clients understand new market trends such as Agentic CMS, MCPs and more to unlock the future of Agentic Marketing.

What You’ll Bring

Adobe Expertise

  • 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise digital experience, marketing operations, content operations, or Content Supply Chain initiatives.
  • Deep expertise across Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Content Supply Chain applications, and B2B applications like Marketo.
  • Strong understanding of content lifecycle management, digital asset governance, workflow orchestration, omnichannel delivery, and campaign operations.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (Sites and Assets), Workfront, GenStudio, Firefly, and Marketo Engage.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Target, AEP, Analytics, and Customer Journey Analytics integrations.
  • Understanding of enterprise marketing ecosystems, content supply chain modernization, and personalization strategies.
  • 10+ years leading consulting engagements, digital transformation programs, or enterprise platform implementations.
  • Proven experience leading strategic client relationships, solution visioning, and cross-functional consulting initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to shape executive-level transformation programs and influence measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise governance models, organizational transformation, and consulting best practices.
  • Experience building service offerings, shaping proposals, defining pricing models, and supporting revenue growth.
  • Ability to lead complex pursuits and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and market-facing leadership capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical and operational concepts into clear business value.
  • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder alignment capabilities.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders through strong communication and strategic storytelling.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range is below:

* San Francisco
* Director: $231,000-275,000

* San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, Seattle, Boston, New Jersey, New York City, Washington DC, Westchester:
* Director: $228,000-265,000

* All other locations:
* Director: $219,000-258,000

In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
