Slalom Great Lakes is seeking a Director-level Client Partner to drive growth across a portfolio of clients with a primary focus on Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Retail/CPG. This role will be responsible for expanding and deepening strategic relationships across the region, helping organizations navigate transformation and deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll DoAs a Client Partner, you will serve as a senior leader responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring delivery excellence across a diverse portfolio:
- Own and grow a portfolio of accounts across Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Retail/CPG, with accountability for revenue, margin, and utilization targets
- Identify and pursue new opportunities by aligning Slalom’s capabilities (strategy, technology, and organizational effectiveness) to client priorities
- Lead business development efforts, including shaping deals, developing proposals, and closing new work
- Provide executive oversight across engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong outcomes, and client satisfaction
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives (C-suite and business leaders)
- Influence client strategies and serve as a thought partner on transformation, innovation, and growth initiatives
- Partner across Slalom practices to bring integrated, cross-capability solutions to market
- Apply cross-industry insights to deliver differentiated perspectives and value to clients
- 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, industry leadership, or a combination of both, with strong exposure to Life Sciences, Healthcare, and/or Retail/CPG
- Demonstrated success building and growing a multi-million-dollar book of business and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Deep experience managing and expanding complex client relationships, including executive-level stakeholders
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and drive strategic conversations
- Proven ability to lead delivery teams and ensure high-quality outcomes across programs and engagements
- Expertise in one or more core areas such as digital transformation, technology enablement, business strategy, or organizational change
- Strong business acumen, including financial management, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
- A collaborative, enterprise mindset with the ability to connect capabilities and teams to drive client impact

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the Director level and targeted base pay salary range is 165K-225k. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
