What You’ll Do
- Lead work streams for large, complex strategic projects and drive design and solutions of those initiatives.
- Identify and analyze complex business issues, propose high-level, innovative solutions, and consider long-term implications.
- Excellent ability to document current and future state business workflows using computer-based workflow diagram software (Visio, Miro, Draw.io, etc.).
- Develop strategies for improving operational efficiency.
- Utilize deep knowledge of specialized technical or functional spaces and partner with architects on projects within those spaces as needed.
- Provide direction and mentoring to associate-level staff for their development.
- Take ownership of project work streams and delegate/manage tasks of other team members in support of those projects.
- Partner with business stakeholders to innovate their work streams and may do proactive research and analysis to identify potential options.
- Draft and present cost/benefit analysis to executive leadership.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years experience as a systems analyst or related role
- EDI Integration, Retail workflow experience, REQUIRED
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) required; programs including Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio a plus
- Expertise in data analysis and reporting tools

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The targeted pay range is $65-80/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
