This F&A TRMS OCM Analyst will support the implementation of a Treasury Management System (TRMS). This role will be responsible for assisting in the development of the change management strategy and leading the execution of change management plans that drive user adoption and facilitate a successful transition to the new system across the Finance & Accounting organization.

What You’ll Do

  • OCM Planning: Collaborate with Program OCM Lead in refinement and execution of TRMS change management strategy. Conduct assessments that reflect each F&A team’s preparedness to adopt TRMS; identify and remediate potential risks
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Support Program OCM Lead in conducting Change Impact Assessments and Stakeholder Analysis. Support Project Manager and BAs in development and delivery of stakeholder communications. Ensure stakeholder alignment on OCM plans.
  • Communications: Partner with Program OCM Lead to develop a communications plan for each TRMS release. Write multi-channel communications that outline what users will be required to know and do to prepare for each TRMS release. Facilitate communication content reviews, approvals, and release.
  • Training: Conduct learning needs analysis, develop and execute training plans, create training curriculum, develop training materials and support training facilitation.
  • Adoption Sustainment: Track and report on user adoption, and Support F&A Mod program leadership and the TRMS project team with operationalizing TRMS.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in organizational change management; ideally supporting technology-enabled transformation for finance and accounting functions.
  • Ability to quickly assess the scope and impact of change, develop OCM plans to ensure user readiness including extensive instructional design and training facilitation, partner with stakeholders to drive sustained adoption and support operationalizing the solution.
  • Prior experience leading or supporting organizational change management efforts for finance and accounting transformation initiatives.
  • Consulting experience and a true consultant mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and with teams.
  • Education Requirement: BS / BA
  • Certifications: Prosci and/or CCMP

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $55 to $60/HR depending on experience. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
