The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce platform expertise with strong business process design, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement skills. You will play a key role in defining functional architecture, business capabilities, data requirements, user experiences, and cross-functional dependencies while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and strategic business goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and subject matter experts to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Define business processes, decision logic, user interactions, exception handling scenarios, reporting requirements, and security considerations.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, and engineering teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with platform best practices.
  • Identify cross-functional impacts, integration requirements, dependencies, assumptions, risks, and business implications.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and design reviews to drive stakeholder alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Ensure solutions support business objectives while maintaining consistency with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Support agile delivery teams by providing functional guidance throughout design, build, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning, solution governance, and continuous improvement efforts across the Salesforce ecosystem.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions in Solution Architect, Functional Architect, Lead Business Analyst, or similar roles.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, including data models, security architecture, automation, workflows, reporting, and user experience design.
  • Strong experience translating complex business processes and policies into clear, scalable, and testable solution designs.
  • Proven ability to create functional specifications, user stories, business process flows, decision trees, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, architects, and delivery teams.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise application integration patterns and cross-system business processes.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting Agile delivery methodologies and product-centric delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Business Analyst, Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or related credentials.
  • Experience within insurance, warranty services, contracts, claims, lending, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Background supporting large-scale Salesforce transformation, modernization, or enterprise platform consolidation initiatives.
  • Experience with Azure-based ecosystems, enterprise integrations, data migration programs, and legacy application modernization.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, governance models, and solution-design best practices.
