Summary:
Responsible for assisting the Payments Partnership Services Manager by providing support with various operational and Payments compliance tasks.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred in business or related field.
Experience: One to three years of previous experience with electronic and card payment processes, preferably in a financial institution. Previous customer service experience. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Essential Functions:
- Supports the Payments Partnership Services Manager by performing audits on fact sheet(s) to ensure the program(s) are functioning live in alignment with the approved fact sheet(s).
- Supports the Payments Partnership Services Manager with Payments Risk Committee (PRC) responsibilities.
- Coordinates and manages responses to FDIC requests for the Partnerships & Client Services team. Gathers and compiles necessary documentation, ensures timely and accurate submissions, and maintains organized records of all communications.
- In conjunction with Senior Account Managers, liaisons with internal departments to resolve issues and respond to questions.
- Assists in maintaining and updating the Payments Watchlist. This includes but is not limited to, meeting with internal stakeholders on a regular cadence, documenting updates and tracking related escalations for Watchlist consideration, reports Watchlist to key stakeholders monthly, and adhering to Board approved Policy.
- Ensures all activities comply with banking regulations, internal policies, and industry standards. Stays informed about changes in regulatory requirements and assists in implementing necessary adjustments.
- Provides support in the identification of potential risk factors and determines solutions to mitigate exposure.
- Provides general administrative support to the Payments Partnership Services Manager and the broader Relationship Management team as needed.
