Summary of Position
The Lending Partnerships Analyst is responsible for supporting the development, management, and optimization of strategic partnerships within the lending business. This role conducts financial and operational analyses, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, and helps drive initiatives that enhance lending products and services. The analyst ensures alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements while contributing to process improvements and business growth.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyzes and evaluate lending partnership opportunities.
- Supports the onboarding and management of partner relationships.
- Conducts financial and operational assessments of partnership performance.
- Collaborates with product, risk, and operations teams to optimize lending solutions.
- Monitors and report on key performance indicators; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Prepares reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Contributes to process improvements and special projects.
- Builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic alignment.
- Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
- Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum Experience:
- An equivalent combination of enhance education and experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers on various levels.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Experience with partnership management and lending product development
