Please review the following job description:

  • Deliver technically complex solutions.
  • Perform system integration support for all project work.
  • Consult and partner with the business product owners to understand the end goal and offer solutions and recommendations during the design.
  • Develop customized coding, software integration, perform analysis, configure solutions, using tools specific to the project or the area.
  • Lead and participate in the development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of highly complex solutions in adherence to company standards, including robust unit testing and support for subsequent release testing.
  • Build non-functional monitoring capabilities and provide escalated support for highly complex applications in production.
  • Build in and maintain security controls and monitoring in support of company standards.
  • Lead moderately complex projects and participate in larger, more complex initiatives.
  • Solve complex technical and operational problems. Act as a resource for teammates.
  • Responsible for delivering high quality working software and automating manual/reusable tasks working directly.
  • Engage with the business from the beginning of the design work.
  • Leverage continuous engineering practices to deliver business value regarding effectiveness of the design. Actively participate in refining user stories.
  • Responsible for design, developing, and maintaining automated unit testing, and supporting integration and functional testing.
  • Responsible for providing automated monitoring capabilities, providing warranty support, and providing knowledge transfer to production support.
  • Develop code in accordance with the acceptance criteria established by the Product Owner.

Requirements

  • Must have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related technical field.
  • Must have 4 years of experience in software engineering or IT consulting roles performing/utilizing the following:
    • Coordinating test management activities across multiple teams, both onshore and offshore, including in areas of Defect Management, Risk Assessment, and Status Reporting utilizing ALM, VersionOne or Rally project management tools
    • Providing expertise and sharing best practices on Functional Testing including Test Design, Peer Review and Test Execution across Systems Test, Systems Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing and End-to-end testing methodologies
    • Estimating work effort, number of required resources, and devising associated testing plans to accomplish testing goals within targeted timeframes.
    • Maintaining Test Plans and Test Closure documents and ensuring testing projects deliver by agreed upon service level agreements and adherence to defined processes
    • Gathering, organizing, and analyzing information on testing metrics or issues and developing solutions or alternative methods of proceeding
    • Serving as Subject Matter Expert on testing IRM business processes that use Salesforce platform to send and receive referrals across multiple Lines of Businesses
    • Executing Java, Informatica, and Salesforce developed jobs to process batch data and analyzing test results
    • Troubleshooting errors by analyzing log files in programming platforms, including Java, Informatica and Salesforce, prior to reaching out to developers for a defect
    • Managing test data creation of Salesforce Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities for both functional and user acceptance testing
    • Supporting Salesforce production issues as needed, including coordinating to 3rd party vendors and/or integrating external middleware systems (TIBCO, Mulesoft and Client Central) to determine the root cause of the issue and recommend appropriate solutions.
    • Utilizing experience with: Salesforce, Java, Informatica, TIBCO, Mulesoft, Client Central, ALM, VersionOne, and Rally.
  • Position may be eligible to work hybrid/remotely but is based out of and reports to Truist offices in Tampa, FL. Must be available to travel to Tampa, FL regularly for meetings and reviews with manager and project teams within 24-hours’ notice.
