Please review the following job description:

Responsible for the overall management of the Wholesale Payments/Treasury Solutions Leaders and Analysts responsible for providing support for sales performance, strategy, execution, operating and risk functions. This leader will also be responsible for business development and retention, talent management, risk management and compliance to ensure strategic sales objectives are met, revenue and profit goals are achieved, and sales results are appropriately reported. Responsible for the selection, training, development, and evaluation of the analysts supervised. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all business partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Overall management and direction of Wholesale Payments/Treasury Solutions managers and analyst’s teammates in assigned line of business and coverage (Corporate and Investment Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Card Sales & Relationship Management, Corporate Liquidity Product Specialty and International Sales, Technical Product Consulting, Wealth Management. etc), including supporting vision and strategy development, establishment and accomplishment of profitability, growth and revenue goals, and creation and implementation of high-impact sales initiatives.

2. Partner with Wholesale Payments/Treasury Solutions Sales leaders and Line of Business partners to provide analytic, presentation preparation and other support.

3. Direct and coach the teams in consultative selling practices and portfolio analytics.

4. Create and implement training program to ensure all analysts are trained in financial modeling and working capital analysis for clients and prospects, can complete analysis and create excel-based tools to support team's overall goals and priorities, can read and understand the basics of financial statements, assist with the development of market and industry research and complete client-based, product-based and other analysis including profitability, billing and other items requiring strong excel skills with limited direction and some oversight from more experienced Analysts and Associates.
5. Develop, recruit and export top talent.

6. Support and drive sales utilizing various levers including pipeline discipline & management, client calling efforts, talent management rewards & compensation design and through market connectivity with clients, Treasury sales partners, the Line of Business, Treasury Operations, Integrated Relationship Management partners, and others

7. Represent Wholesale Payments/ Treasury Solutions sales organization both internally and externally, including internal meetings/discussions/client meetings/ industry presentations
8. Adhere to and follow all applicable policies and procedures. Proactively escalate issues and risks to leadership's attention

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
2. 10 years of demonstrated success in Wholesale Payments/Management/Sales Management or 15 years of experience in Treasury Management or related financial services management
3. 10 year’s experience in team selling with a deal team concept
4. 5 years of management or supervisory experience- leading a team of managers and individual contributors
5. Subject area experts in one (or more) specific skill sets (Healthcare, Energy, Financial Services, Corporate Retail, and REITs), business areas or products.
6. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent education and related training
2. Certified Treasury Professional
3. Experience working in cash management environment, broad knowledge of Truist bank and products
